After
a month, comes the update. LOL! it's now monthly instead of weekly. @.@; oh
well... at least I still have the time to update this blog. Thank you all of you
who continues to read my LONG POSTS and thank you for your encouraging emails
and telling me that my blog became a blessing in your life. But just like this
song I am listening right now... it said, "His mercy flows and I don't deserve
it, that is why I am in Awe of our God." (points at the mood) :D Meaning I am
just a servant of God, catering your Spiritual needs according to what God is
telling me to do. *bow* ^^
But today you will see a different post because God made me remember the verse:

And here are some of the people, whom I am grateful and thankful for their lives. I wanted to use this opportunity to express my thanks to them. Let's start!
Thanks to you...
1. Philip "Godswill"
I really thank God for him. Actually I really shouldn't put him here because I
always always thank him every time we see in person. But I couldn't stop myself
from putting him here because, truly when you let God write your Love story; it
is the best. He is very protective, He does everything that he can do to take
care of me. He is my partner and support especially when dealing with my
emotional stress and weaknesses. Thou sometimes I don't understand him and we
argue :P, Still without a doubt, he is my godswill. Thank you Philip for
understanding me and my changing moods. When I needed a spiritual lift, He is
always there for me.
2. Emily Ma "My Best friend"
We
met in IRC. She's Akane and I'm AkaneTendouSaotome lol. It was a strange
meeting, we were never close in that chatroom. She even told me once, "I was
scary!" Lol. But when I became a Christian and everyone turned away from me, I
ask God to give me a best friend. And He told me it was Emily. At first I was
like.. "huh? are you sure God? First of all, she's NOT a Christian and second of
all.. we were so far away". But He told me she's going to be my best friend and
it doesn't matter if she's far away from me... and about becoming a Christian, I
needed to share her about Jesus. LOL! the first time we had a talk and those
times, we always argue here and there. Questions, Answers, Debates... until
she became a Christian and now She's a Strong Believer. When I was persecuted,
God used her many times (I've lost count) to bless me. She was also my rebuker
and encourager at the same time.
3. Catherine "Hime"
Now
known as "HIMEKA" We met through IRC, and we both dreamed to become singers in
the future; and I am glad we both achieved our dreams. She won the
Second Annual Animax Anison Grand Prix, that gathers aspiring singers from all
over Japan for the chance to make a professional debut and sing a theme song in
an anime television shown and she deserves it. I just want to use this Blog
to take this opportunity to Congratulate her and thank her for remembering me...
She is a good friend and even though when I became a Christian, she never turn
her back on me. When she has the chance to go online and visit me, she would
give me a message and telling me she's alive. (Of course she is! You can see her
in youtube now hahaha!) When everyone stopped becoming my friend in IRC, she's
one of the people who didn't. And since she's now a CELEBRITY :P It's hard to
contact her! I don't know how to message her anymore so... If ever you had the
opportunity to look upon my blog, here's my message to you my friend :)
Hi Hime! I am soooooo glad that you were able to achieve your dreams :D and I saw your performance! Way to go Girl! I am proud of you! Continue to make all the people in Japan (and in the future... Around the World!) SMILE! Let us both continue to sing from our hearts :) I will always always pray for you :) please... contact me 'chette_d@hotmail.com' when you're not that busy :) Love you lots girl!

I know a lot of Celebrity in my life. I had many friends who are now celebrities and I was once a celebrity. (I guess God really didn't plan to make me a celebrity lol). BUT Catherine was different. She's down-to-earth, very loving and very determine. When she wants something, she's gonna achieve it. No doubt she won the contest and became an anime singer.

4. Lovely Meneses "Zha"
If
Whitney Houston has Mariah Carey, and Barbara Streisand has Celine Dion. Chette
Dizon has Lovely Meneses (or is it vice versa?) lol. We always do the "tandem"
thing ever since. She's my Co-worker, Co-leader in JIL Angeles. And God has promoted
her now as the head of the Education Ministry. It's funny but every time God
promotes me, She and I were always in the same league. LIke before we were both
KKB Leaders, and when there's Special Number we always sing in a duet form...
now on September we will be both Ordained (to God be the Glory) as both heads of
ministries. We may have different mentors but I feel like in my life time she'll
be one of those "Partners" I will be needing in the Ministry. "Tandem" ika nga.
Hehehe. I thank God for her, because for the past weeks; and I don't know if she
knew... she has been rebuking me and at the same time encouraging me through her
exhortations. Zha. Thanks. And Congrats! You deserve it :D *thumbs up*
5. Nay Luz Dungca
She's
my second Mom; I call her "Nay Luz" meaning Mom Luz. Why? Because not only we
are partners in MIS and Education (as part of the Education team) but also
because she cares soo much about me. She gives me advices, She rebukes me,
encourages me, and helps me when I needed help and just like a Mom, she takes
care of me (she gives me food when I was persecuted hehehe...) Thank you po Nay!

Life
Like I said I am back at school, and I feel like my head is going to burst once
again! ahhh the Math. Hehehe but God is sooo good! He always gives me knowledge
that only comes from Him. And Philip and I are happy that we are back at school.
We had favors from our Teachers and Classmates and we thank God for that.
By the way, After school... (last Friday) I was too curious in this Market called "Apu" (grandmother) and for my 28 years... I've never been to that Market so I asked Philip to take me there. That market was very hot! Because there were a lot of people @.@ and its has two lanes... left and right. @.@ I vowed not to go back there @.@ Actually there were a lot of people because the prices were really cheap! Where can you get Tshirts that only cost 50 pesos? (1 dollar) and some were only 30 pesos @.@! but yeah I really vowed not to go back there plus it is dangerous! ... @.@ But thank God, He protected us from those evil guys... Anyway, before we were about to reach the exit, Philip saw this bag and he bought it for me. I was so shocked @.@ the girl in the bag looks like me @.@ even the vendor said so @.@ It was quite amusing. At least even that was my last time going to that place... there was a memorable experience hehehe @.@.
Also last Saturday June 27, 2009, I had the privilege to work with the JIL San Fernando Workers as the program facilitator in the teachers' Enhancement Seminar. I thank God even though it will be the first and the last time, God has given me the privilege to work with them. I will really miss... Sis. Ellen Azares... ;_;
Sharing: Set Free to Worship
Often people who comes to the "Born again Churches" will ask the members of the Churches, "Why do you Openly Worship God?"; "Why do you Worship God without Statues or Images?"; "Why do you cry when you sing songs? Why do you kneel down? Why do you shout praises?" When I was not yet a Christian but I was invited to a Christian Service, I even told myself... these people are CRAZY! During the Christian Service, some were crying, some were shouting. What are they doing???
But that is Worship. Exodus 7:16 said, "Let my people go, so that they may worship me in the desert". What is desert? You'll only find Sand and some few plants. But God commanded. "Let my people go, so that they may worship me in the desert." Now let's go to the New testament... turn your Bible on John 4:24. "God is Spirit and His worshippers must worship in Spirit and in Truth".
So what does this mean? It means that WORSHIP is not about the Place nor if there is an image in front of you. WORSHIPPING GOD MUST BE IN SPIRIT and in TRUTH. When they say "Spirit" it is because God is Spirit. And Truth, it means the Bible. We must Worship God in Spirit and according to the Bible or what the Bible is saying.
Aside from Worshipping God in SPIRIT and in TRUTH; The following will differentiate a pagan (unrealistic) worship and the Spiritual Worship. I hope this helps.

and sounds of joy
and thanksgiving. Dead churches are
apathetic and lifeless
3. Live churches are usually have
facilities problems.
Dead churches do not have to worry about
facilities.
4. Live churches have lots of children and young people and
noised.
Dead churches are quiet as tombs.
5. Live churches have many sacrificial
givers and faithful tithers.
Dead churches have people who only
tip the Lord
6. Live churches are always growing.
Dead churches are plateau and
declined.
So next time you go to Born again Churches? Do not be surprise. For the people there were "SET FREE TO WORSHIP" God. Because they are surrendering everything to God. William Booth once said,
"The greatness of Man's power is the measure of his surrender".

usual... 2 months before the big update. Gah! *faints* [after a few seconds]... ACK! Sorry! ahh... okay where was I?... oh yes! the 2 months after the big
update. Sorry for not updating. God has been doing a lot in my life today...
like what? well just read the rest of the Long update. But I am glad you are
interested with what I have to say.. hehe.
So.. Okay here goes the Update!
Chette's Life
Okay so, For the past few months, God promoted me into a bigger position in His Church here in JIL Angeles. I'm heading up the VIA/JAM now in JIL Angeles uh.. not only Angeles but the whole Area19a (composed of Angeles, Magalang, Mabalacat and Sn.Luis) and uh.. what's VIAJAM? um.. The Music Team to be precise; and after many persecutions... I am now Back in School! Thank God after for so long of persecutions while serving God... finally, I am back on the right track of going back to School. So now I am balancing... Ministry and School. Not only that, I am now (by God's grace) one of the key leaders of the JIL Angeles as well as a Pulpit Minister of God. (God has used me as one of the Teachers of the previous Encounter Retreat of Area19A last May 29, 2009). It was a very thrilling but nerve-racking experience... I mean... I did not imagine that this year, God will use me mightily to deliver these 88 youth but just like what the Bible said in Philippians 4:13... "I CAN DO ALL THINGS THROUGH CHRIST WHO GIVES ME STRENGTH"
But what are my thoughts about these things? Let me share you.
1. VIA/JAM or WAM
This is my Ministry Priority right now; I'm the OIC of the VIAJAM... but God,
Ptr.Arnel, Sis.Luz and Sis.Bheng already informed me that I should be ready to
handle this team now meaning to be the Head. Ever since God has called me to
serve Him; He already told me that He will use me mightily in the field of
Music. Although I don't understand Him that time, I thought He will just use me
mightily as a Worship Leader... and that...
Him (Jesus) Visiting me last March 2009...
in my room; I didn't know that He was already readying me to take the big Step
and that is to Head up the Music Team. It's not an easy task. Now I understand
what Sis.Edith Mendoza said before that leading a Worship team is not for
Children. You are not just accountable for your team... but as well for
the congregation. How can you train them Physically and Spiritually? How can you
prepare them for a spiritual battle every Sunday? How can you maintain their growth? Yeah,
God has been so good to me, He helps me every time but I also need to research
more on how to handle the music team.
It's not just that, Supplication... Preserving your calling... becoming a role model... before I have not strive to preserve my testimony (honestly speaking) but now I have to be careful to do things not only in front of the eyes of the people around me... but as well in front of God. Maintaining purity in my heart (although it is really impossible to do that) but I have the accountability to do that. Just like the Levites in the Old testament... they have to present their bodies as a living sacrifices... it was also mentioned in Romans 12:1.
The most hard thing for me that I have done for the past few weeks (and I have overcome it with the Help of God and other people in our church)... is forgiving those who have hurt me. Especially those that are inside the Church. But I thank God that He talked to me, He uses people to remind me that no one is perfect, that people will surely hurt you, (the reason why you feel pain because you are alive) and you can't find a perfect Church because no one is perfect and I thank God for Sis.Zha especially when she told us in her exhortation "The Church is composed of Sinners... Jesus did not came for the righteous, but for the sinners" (I was reminded) and when I released forgiveness for those people who had hurt me... I felt so light. It's like God has embraced me and gave me a new profound Joy that transcends all understanding.
2.
CAM (Creative Arts Ministry)
My Godswill, Philip was the one who is heading up this Ministry but I am
assisting him and God has been blessing
the CAM Ministry for almost 6 months
now. Training started last January 2009 and there were a lot of KKBs who
attended the Trainings and now they are a part of the
CAM Team.
Every Tuesday, we have this crash courses for free about Adobe Photoshop and the CAM Team increased from (3) three to (15) Active members. We have launched our Website (for the CAM Team) to exercise their "Web classes" and Thanks be to God; God has been giving us "Very Committed" Team for these past months. I also enjoyed working with them as their Teacher and "Big Sister". And The work has become very light ever since we trained more and more CAM Team.
What I really am thankful for, is that they are not hard to "assigned" once I give them the Schedule they will volunteer to do the Job. Bless them Lord... all of them.
3. Pulpit Minister
If Handling VIAJAM or WAM is nerve-racking then becoming a PULPIT
MINISTER is more than nerve-racking! Its not enough that you are a master of
Speech Club, or you are very familiar talking to the crowd. Becoming a Pulpit
Minister is not an Easy Job. Some people say, "If you are "dumb" become a
pastor." Preaching and teaching the Word of God is not an easy task. Because it
is not about how you deliver the message but its how about you put the message
in the hearts of those who are listening to you; and when you've finished the
job... since satan knew you preached... then he'll test you. What you tell to
the whole world, it will become a test to you.
And delivering the message of God is not about Skill or your pronunciation. It's about sharing your relationship with God. Talking not only to the Physical senses of people but as well as their spiritual senses. And I have experienced that last May 29, 2009 Area19A Encounter Retreat (Deliverance)
Although I exhort in Prayer meetings every Wednesday; it was very different. The Preparation before and after... the counter attacks... those things. Truly if you don't have a firm heart... You'll fall down. So it is not Easy, I am telling you.

Still Strong as ever. Philip and I will celebrate our 7 years
on December 09, 2009, and we are also preparing our future.
Some people asked me if Philip and I have been discussing Marriage. We have ^_^ but we are still waiting for God's timing because He knows more than us and right now He is just preparing us for that time, plus we know that Marriage should not be taken lightly. It is very sacred and a Big step... so as of now, we are not ready for that.
Sharing: The Faith that rescued me
A heart that has a firm faith, will not be frightened with Obstacles. For it knows well that God's love will not abandoned those who trust in Him.
As Believers, we already know what is Faith. But to be honest; we only know Faith by the word. Sometimes we say, "We know Faith and practice Faith" but in reality, no one really understand Faith except you're really Spiritually matured. Why did I ask? How many of you believe in faith but still have doubts in their hearts? How many of you, when you have problems... Faith starts to vanished? I am not exempted my dear brethrens and friends. I thought that I already know what is Faith... but I realized I don't know what is Faith... So, God taught me more about the Faith and I wanted to share it to all of you.
Do you know that even though the Bible said in Hebrew 11, that Faith is being sure of what we hope and certain of what we do not see... This same faith rescued me. Even though I haven't seen the things to come; Because of this Faith, I overcome many things.
But it's not a simple Faith... it is... the Faith that really trust God. And when I say Trust God that means.. 100% Trust, because 99.9% Trust is still "Unbelief or distrust."
"Have faith in God." Jesus answered. "I tell you the truth, if anyone says to this mountain, 'Go throw yourself into the sea, and does not doubt in his heart but believes that what he says will happen, it will be done for him. Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it and it will be yours." (Mark 11:22-24)
A Certain Christian asked for a 1000 dollars to go to Israel and God provided for her. A Christian who suffered a cancer from birth, after she accepted Jesus as her personal Lord and Savior, instantly she received a healing from God. A Hopeless person who is in the verge of committing suicidal, found a Bible lying on the floor... read it and it changed her life. A man abused by drugs found walking in the streets naked... after a few minutes a person shared Jesus to this person and his life was changed, now this man that was abused by drugs is now a well known Preacher and has become a blessing to a Big Church.
These are the FAITH that can rescue people. The Faith that really comes from God. The Faith that can change Lives. And this Faith rescued me from many things as well. This Faith... healed my leukemia, changed my life, preserved my life, and step by step.... healing my family and putting breaking pieces together... Preparing for my future.
This Faith is Trusting God... becoming Closer to Jesus... through Prayer. Rev. Joey Crisostomo once said, "A prayer is not just a communication with God and talking to God, it is in prayer we are becoming closer to our Creator."
Sadly many Christians only pray when they need God, they are forgetting that Prayer is about Communication and getting closer to God. The verse Psalm 42:7 caught my eyes… The Bible said, “Deep calls unto deep” In prayer the depths of our spirit are in communion with the depth of the spirit of God. A prayer is talking to Our ALMIGHTY GOD who has the POWER to CHANGE SITUATIONS. He can change the Nation, He can change you, He can change the morality of the people, and He can transform a community. Revival starts in Prayer.
"Without Faith, It is Impossible to please God." (Heb 11:6)
But... If you keep praying without Faith, then it is useless. If you keep believing without Faith it is useless. If you keep working and serving God without faith.. it is useless. Without Faith we cannot please God.
Much Speaking does not move God. Faith Does
Vain Repetitions does not move God. Faith Does
Need does not move God. Faith Does.
Jeremiah 29:11 said "For I know I have plans for you; plans to prosper you not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future," said the Lord. This verse is only for the people who have FAITH and TRUST GOD in their Lives.
Christians, Eliminate the word “IMPOSSIBLE, DOUBT, WORRY, FEAR” when you’re talking to God. “Have Faith. Have Faith”
Jesus, Increase our Faith. We believe, that you can do anything. You have the power to heal, the power to save, the power to deliver us from that hopeless situation, the power to bless us financially. Without a doubt Lord. We believe. We believe. We also pray Lord to continue to touch our lives, right now if there is somebody here who is need comfort (he/she is being persecuted, rejected), comfort him/her; if someone is here and has a big problem, there is no doubt Lord that you will solve his/her problem. If there is someone here reading this Blog with Sickness, without a doubt Lord, You will Heal her/him in Jesus name. Continue Lord to bless all the people reading my blog, bless them in all aspect of their lives... Emotionally, Physically, Mentally, Financially and most especially Spiritually Lord... Amen.
